The Half Scale R in A5 or M3 allows for a better purchase on the firearm. When firing it helps with keeping your grip more consistent each time you shoot. It allows for the use of the lanyard hole in the grip. The Half Scale R is mounted to the right side of the pistol grip with a strip of strong 3M adhesive.
NOTE: Mounting the Half Scale R for the 22LR or 22 Magnum will block the use of the built-in ammo storage of the LifeCard®
Half Scale R is designed that you slide the ammo in to load and slide the ammo out out to retrieve. Do not pull out from the side.

Works with the Half Scale, Half Scale TG, Micro Scale, have 10 rounds with the Half Scale A5, and 6 rounds with the Half Scale M3.
Mounting the Half Scale R
- Peel off the film from the adhesive on the back.
- Line up the back edge of the Half Scale with the back and the bottom edges with the back and bottom edges of the pistol grip.
- Press the Half Scale R firmly against the pistol grip.
You can use the Half Scale immediately after mounting. The adhesive takes up to 72 hours to fully adhere.
Removing the Half Scale R
- To remove, push gently against the Half Scale between the bottom edge at the larger round corner close to the logo.
- Work your way along the edge to the top end of the Half Scale R.
- Once removed be sure to rub against the pistol grip to remove any adhesive left behind.
