Collaboration Agreement

By filling out and clicking the "I Agree" button to submit your reply to this Collaboration Agreement form, you are committing to provide social media content to the minimum requirements listed on this page in trade for LifecardSight products shipped to you without monetary payment.

Minimum Required Content

As a collaborator you are agreeing to...

to read and follow all instructions for each LifecardSight product sent to me.
to provide a minimum of three video posts highlighting the LifecardSight products received. * [Two photo posts can serve in place of one video post]
to use all LifecardSight products sent to me in socail content.
to tag LifecardSight in each post as a collaborator.
tag LifecardSight in all reels,shorts, or stories.
that all posts will remain public and not be deleted or hidden at any time. * [With the exception of the social media platform removing them.]
that this collaboration is an investment in me and my social channel/s providing content as marketing for LifecardSight.
to not complain in the content I proivide, that I should have been given more than was sent to me of LifecardSight products.

LifecardSight will create a discount code for your viewers and add your IG account to the checkout of the website for customers to select (optional) you as their influencer for their purchase. If selected during a purchase, LifecardSight commits to messaging you to let you know that your content is effective.
This agreement is meant to ensure a mutual satisfaction with this collaboration.
